If you encounter any technical problems with your services, do not hesitate to contact our NOC Department in order to get support and solve the issue asap.

Please do not contact us with management requests (e.g. How do I fix my HTTPD Server ?). Those kind of requests should be sent to our Sales department in order to get a Management Quote.

Since ServerDedicat it’s a global Dedicated Services and Infrastructure Solutions provider, it’s most likely that an end-user abused the services provided by one of our customers.

All malicious activities such as spam, pishing, carding, spamhaus listings and any other related activity will be blocked as soon as we are notified about it.

Copyright infringements are treated in accordance with the laws and policies of the country where the server with copyrighted content is located. Please note that those kind of notices will require a solid documentation from your side.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

It usually takes 60 minutes (after you completed the payment) for your server to be online.
But if you are a new customer, we may need to verify your identity first so in that case, the countdown starts right after we’ve received all requested informations from you.

Currently we only accept PayPal, Credit/Debit Card and Bitcoin as payment method.
We’re looking forward to add more payment methods in the future.

By default we only allow up to 5 Gbps direct traffic.
If you need more mitigation capacity please contact us in order to get a quote.

We do not allow such services. We have 0 (zero) tolerance for spam messages and/or bulk mail services.
Using our servers for this type of activity may result in a service suspension.
